"I have worked in early years and supported families and children with special educational Needs and disabilities (SEND) for over 22 years through various roles. Since having my own children- 2 boys age 13 and 8 I have learnt an incredible amount about the importance of early intervention, building and earning trust, having space and time to process information and navigating daily life supporting my son who is on the autism spectrum. This has enhanced my work belief and insight not only to help children but developing communication pathways and coping strategies to parents and families as a whole."
